By downloading, accessing, or using the Sakura Closet mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
• We recommend using the secure single-sign-on methods via Google or Apple.

3. Acceptable Use and Image Rights

• You retain ownership and copyright of any clothing images you upload to the app.
• You agree not to upload any images that are offensive, inappropriate, pornographic, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• You agree not to abuse, hack, disable, or interfere with our cloud services or server network.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to ensure continuous uptime but are not liable for temporary service interruptions or local data loss arising from user device errors.
• Sakura Closet is a personal planning and simulation utility. We are not responsible for any decision or outcome regarding your real-life fashion choices.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we find violations of these Terms or illegal activities.

6. Termination by User

You can terminate your account at any time using the Delete Account functionality in the application. Doing so will permanently wipe your wardrobe database from our servers.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The latest revision will always be published on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
