• Authentication details provided through sign-in partners (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In).

b. Closet Data

• Images of your clothing that you photograph or upload from your device.
• Categorisation and sorting metadata (categories, colours, brands, tags).

c. Outfits & Scheduling Data

• Virtual outfit layouts generated in the Virtual Fitting Room.
• Outfit planners assigned to the calendar.
• Saved combinations stored in your Lookbook.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To run and deliver the core app features (wardrobe storage, mix-and-match preview, calendars, lookbook).
• To sync your personal digital wardrobe across multiple devices securely.
• To offer customer service and resolve technical issues.

We do not use your personal images or data for advertising purposes, nor do we sell or distribute your data.

3. Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored on secure cloud services powered by Firebase.

• Data segregation is implemented through multi-tenant security rules.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Only the authorized user with valid sign-in credentials can access their closet items.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share or sell your data, except:

• To comply with valid legal obligations and requests from law enforcement agencies.
• For standard, secure host server infrastructure operations (Firebase).

5. User Rights

• View, update, or remove clothing items and account attributes at any time.
• Request complete and permanent account deletion and all associated data within the app settings or via email support.
