Delete Account
Last Updated: July 3, 2026You can request to delete your account and all associated data on the Sakura Closet app at any time.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account instantly from inside the mobile app:
- Open the Sakura Closet app.
- Navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Tap on Account Profile.
- Select the red Delete Account button.
- Confirm your deletion request.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following items will be permanently wiped from our database:
- Your profile information (nickname and birth year).
- All uploaded images of clothing in your digital Closet.
- All scheduled outfits in your weekly Schedule.
- All saved outfit combinations stored in your Lookbook.
3. Processing Time
- Your account is disabled immediately after you confirm deletion in the app.
- All files and database contents are permanently deleted within 7 days.
- Within this 7-day window, you can contact us if you need to halt the deletion and restore your account.
Notice: Once the 7-day period expires and the database has been wiped, it is impossible to recover your account or any of your uploaded wardrobe images.
